So. Tired.

Managed to wake up with my alarm at 5 this morning, work out before anyone could come out, do my Bible study, have coffee, and get the kids up to start our day "on time."

I made the kids Greek yogurt pancakes for breakfast (must have worked, they didn't get hungry for hours!) and we got to work on our day.

We're starting off together and then move to independent studies. The girls did FABULOUS again today - Addison accomplished everything on her list - Kate did, too, and then also completed the next two days! (Note to self: Kate can handle more work)

Clay and I spent 1.5 HOURS on his math. I'm not always a stickler for completing an entire lesson but since it's only day two and we're a bit behind on math from last year we're pushing through. Part of the problem is that we took a break during the summer and it seems some of the information he learned trickled out with the break.

Addison loves to bake and try new recipes. We came home from the library last week with a baking book so today she made thumbprint cookies. Its so nice that she knows her way around the kitchen (including clean up!) without any help from me.

We still finished the day earlier than yesterday, did chores & rested before going to church tonight. Ray didn't come home before church so I fed the kids dinner and then made them all brush their teeth so they could go straight to bed when we got home!
