I had a chiropractor appointment this morning and the kids always come with me and stay in the room during my adjustment. I get to lay down with my eyes closed for a few minutes, unable to get up - I do my best to block out any noise from the kids as this is the most relaxing time I'll get during the day.
When I finished my appointment today Jackson looked like this:

Being the awesome mom that I am, he went to a couple stores looking like this because I kept forgetting to grab a wipe to clean off his face while we were in the car.
We hit up Whole Foods & Trader Joe's, enjoying our lunch outside under gorgeous skies.
